Heart Transplant Support Group Meetings
The Heart Transplant Support Group meets
weekly on Thursdays from 12:00 noon to 1:00pm
in the U of M Medical Center, Fairview (the hospital building).
Meetings are held in the 8th floor Boardroom. This is your chance to get your questions answered
about the complete heart transplant experience by the folks who are
the living proof of the successes of heart transplantation. Please
