The Second Chance for Life
Foundation is a heart and heart/lung transplant support
group. It is a non-profit, volunteer organization founded to
support transplant recipients, candidates, their families,
and donor families, and to promote organ donor awareness.
The Second Chance
for Life Foundation was formed in 1988 by a group of transplant
recipients: Craig Ayers, heart #30; William Holden,
heart #80, Joseph Keating, heart #81; and Cal Stoll,
heart #128. Cal Stoll served as the
Foundation´s volunteer executive
director until his death in August 2000.
The Second Chance for Life Foundation was formed with the intent of
giving something back, and being a part of something that will
continue on after we are gone.
