 The Board of Directors of The Second
Chance for Life Foundation wants to thank all those who
attended and supported the Bowling Fundraiser on Sunday, October 26,
2008, and helped to make this event a success. Everyone had a good time.
The funds raised will enable us to continue in our efforts of
supporting families and patients in need. Thank you one and all.

We would like to thank all of you who supported our 19th
Annual Golf Fundraiser August 1, 2008:
the sponsors, contributors, volunteers and golfers. The event was a
success, and everyone had a great time. The hot dog stand was a big
hit, thanks to T J Russell of Cloverdale Meats, Mandan, ND--what a
great tasting dog!!
And thanks to Don Russell and Dewey Kautzmann for the Beer, to
Friendly Chevrolet of Fridley for furnishing the 2008 Chevy Malibu LT
for the "hole in one" contest, and to the Minnesota TimberWolves for
the very generous silent auction Suite Package. Many thanks to all! We
hope to make this event an even bigger success next year.

Second Chance for Life Foundation wishes to thank
everyone who attended and contributed to our 2008 annual seminar and
picnic! We had record numbers attend this special celebration in
conjunction with the University of Minnesota, Fairview's
30th anniversary of heart transplantation. Each year Second Chance
for Life takes pride in preparing for this event. In
providing education on transplantation, connection with fellow
transplant waiters and recipients, and of course a renewal of
friendships, we hope you benefited from every aspect. Thank you all
for making this year extra special and most memorable! |
