Second Chance for Life Foundation is celebrating
23 years of helping patients and families pre and post heart transplantation. With
each year, we continue to grow and fulfill our organization's primary objective: helping
patients and families in their time of need. Our mission is now more important than ever.
In order to continue our mission, the Second Chance for Life Foundation needs your help.
We are seeking applications from those interested in serving on the Foundation’s Board of
Directors.
To serve, an applicant must be either a heart or heart/lung transplant recipient, a
spouse, parent, or child of someone who has received a heart or heart/lung transplant, a
patient awaiting transplantation, or a family member of someone who has donated organs for
a heart or heart/lung transplant.
